From time-to-time CASK volunteers go into Saskatoon area grocery stores to compare prices on a standardized food basket.

The food basket that we price check is based on many standard items that the average household would purchase on a visit to the grocery store.

Understanding Consumer Contracts

On November 22, 2006 at the J.S. Wood Library, Kelly L. Kaip (PLEA) Scharfstein Gibbings Walen Fisher presented a consumer law presentation for the CASK.

Kelly presented some practical tips on establishing consumer contracts.

CASK Speaks Out For Consumers

CASK Submissions to the Saskatchewan Rate Review Panel:

CASK attended the SaskEnergy Rate Review Panel Hearing on August 13, 2008 and presented the following two submissions:

Submission of Questions on Commodity Rate of Natural Gas in Saskatchewan

Submission of Questions on Delivery Rates of Natural Gas in Saskatchewan

The following submission has since been made and a final submission will be ready for September 15, 2008.
